Like all things tend to happen on Fridays, just as doctor's offices are closing for the weekend, a cusp from my back molar broke off. I called and left a voice message hoping that the message would be heard first thing on Monday, getting me in ASAP. I was pleasantly surprised that 15 minutes later, Dr. Cosmo Vivirito called and said he was doing paperwork and heard my message before he left. He asked if I happened to be available now to assess the tooth and, if needed, do a filling. I thought, wow, I have always thought highly of this dental office since I have been a patient (probably 10-12 years) but he went above and beyond. He was patient (asked about my daughters and husband by name) and thoughtful explaining to me what needed to be done to mitigate the problems with my tooth and why. I have recommended this doctor's office to friends before. After Dr. Cosmo went above and beyond today, I knew it was time to write a review for others who are looking for awesome service.

I recently moved to St. Charles and was in need of emergency dental care prior to undergoing a surgical procedure. After calling several local dentist and being turned down for a same day emergency, Dr. Cos was the only dentist who found the time to fit me in his busy schedule. I received excellent care and I was extremely grateful for the level of knowledge and professionalism I received. Dr. Cos was thorough and immediately addressed my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Cos and have recently scheduled a consultation for my daughter.

I have been bouncing around dentists after my previous one retired a few years back. I found Rose Vivirito through a friend and I have been so happy with the care. I truly don't know the last time I felt this at home at a dentist's office. The care, communication and relaxed atmosphere have been exceptional and I feel like I found my home for my family and my dental needs.
